Services United was founded with the goal of providing the quality of service that only a family-owned business can offer with the resources and convenience afforded by a larger company. That is why we created our Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) program for our customers.

For an affordable monthly or up-front payment, we send an expert technician to your home every year to perform a precision tune-up and a 15-point safety inspection on your home’s heating and/or air-conditioning systems. By allowing us to maintain your HVAC systems, you can expect:

BENEFITS
No mechanical system is perfect. Even with annual maintenance, they will occasionally break down. That is why our ESA members can rest assured knowing that as a program member, they also receive:
- Priority scheduling (because there is never a convenient time to not have heat or air conditioning)
- Extended labor warranties (we stand by our work and as such we are confident in providing our ESA customers with a 1 year warranty instead of the industry standard 30 days)
- Discounted repair bills (up to 15% off repairs and a reduced service call fee can sometimes pay for the ESA program itself!)
